September Monthly Check-in
Two weeks completed! Way to go! As we head into the third week I would like to step up our game with a small challenge. For the next 7 days, along with getting up early, let's commit to doing the 5 things to start your day a lot better included in the original challenge post. 1. When you wake up, get up. No snooze! 2. Drink lots of water. Especially cold water. 3. Exercise. It can be for just 5 minutes, simply get your body moving. 4. Take a cold shower. I know it's hard, but you can do it. And last of all #5. Eat a protein filled breakfast. Each one of these steps will get your blood flowing, awaken your sleep fogged brain, and energize your body. I did it for a few days in the first two weeks and can testify, it is definitely worth it. An added benefit is the "Crushed my morning, I can crush my day!" mindset, that it starts you off with. We only have 2 more weeks to go. We can do this!
